We shot Cara’s senior portrait session back in June, it was actually the very last session I shot before leaving for Barcelona for the year! Â We managed to sneak hers in at the very last minute, and I’m so glad we did! Â Cara had such an effortless and confident way about her. Â Plus, she is just stunning!
Cara did her own make-up for her session, and I need to take lessons from her – she nailed the perfect smoky eye, which is not easy to do!
This romper was one of my favorite looks from her session. Â A touch of sophistication, yet still fun and fresh.
Dance photos were one of Cara’s request, but she had something a little bit different in mind. Â Something a bit more moody and artistic, yet simple. Â I loved her vision for this part of her session, and it was so fun to photograph a ballerina in a slightly different way than norma. Â Many thanks to Michelle’s Dance Academy for opening up their studio to us for a little bit!
One of my favorites!
Once I saw how gorgeous Cara looked with her hair up, it seemed like the perfect way to end her session with this last outfit.  I’m always a fan of a leather jacket, especially when paired with boyfriend jeans and a fun shirt!
Her eyes – gorgeous!
Thank you so much for an amazing session, Cara! Â And have a wonderful senior year!
