I met Cassidy and Ryan less than a week after we returned in Spain in downtown St. Paul, MN for one of my all-time favorite engagement sessions! Â Since I was still in Minnesota visiting my family after a year overseas, and they live in the area, it was easier to meet up with them during that short time instead of find a time when we’d all be in Iowa.
Needless to say, I adore both of them. Â They are sweet, funny, and basically look like models.
My sister helped me scout locations around St. Paul, and the only reason I knew of this waterfront view is because she goes on walks here during her lunch break. Â Lol!
This hidden little square sheltered us from the rain that was beginning to arrive.
Marry someone who looks at you the way Ryan looks at Cassidy.
The rain was REALLY starting to come, and while usually I would have probably wrapped things up, I knew we could get something special. Â We headed downtown, and even though it was incredibly dark, these are perhaps some of my favorite engagement images ever. Â I love love LOVE these!
