There are a couple things that are absolutely incredible about Haley and Josh. The first being the way that they met, the second is that one of Josh’s stipulations for dating was that Haley had to learn to be a dog person, and the third is the one of the most joyful first looks that we’ve ever had!
Haley and Josh met at the library when they were both at Coe College. Josh worked there while in school, and Haley was in there all the time to study! They became friends and started hanging out in groups of people, before finally starting to date! I don’t know too many love stories that start in a library, but it was so fun to hear theirs! They both talk about one of the most significant parts of their relationship being when they got their dog, Foles. Before they started dating, they found out that Josh was a big dog person and Haley really wasn’t. Josh said that he really wanted a dog one day, so through the course of their dating, Haley had to become a dog person! This made getting Foles a pretty big deal!
After a while of dating, Josh decided to propose! He planned a lunch with both of their parents, and right before the lunch (while taking Foles on a walk) he proposed! Haley was met with more family than just their parents at lunch, followed by a bunch of their friends at her parents house afterward! This proposal led to a beautiful and joyful wedding!
