When Katie & Jeff both moved into the same apartment at University of Iowa years ago, they had no idea they would find the love of their life in that place. But it happened! A friendship grew into a wonderful romance filled with laughter and joy. Several years later, and they returned to Iowa to Katie’s hometown to celebrate their love. Surrounded by friends and family, they vowed to love and cherish no matter where life brings them. It was a GORGEOUS day with some absolutely wonderful people – I couldn’t have been more blessed to capture it. One of my favorite weddings this year!
We started in Adel, Iowa, a small town west of Des Moines, for their ceremony and getting ready photos. Their reception was held at Glen Oaks Country Club in West Des Moines on an unseasonably cool July day. Enjoy some of my favorites from their wedding day!
