Laughter and joy – they are simply the best part of any relationship, right? I first interacted with Rachel when she got in touch right after Drew proposed (it was literally within like a day!) and we finally met up in person when she and Drew drove out to Grinnell for their engagement session this past weekend. And let me just say – these two are wonderful! I loved getting to spend this time with them, getting to laugh with them, seeing how fun they are, hearing about their wedding, and just getting to know them better. Within seconds of getting started after giving them a few general instructions, they were laughing and giggling, and honestly – these first few portraits from their session are some of my favorites! Because it’s ALL them! I literally just told them where to stand, and they did the rest!
