When you first meet Stephanie, you really can’t help but instantly connect with her bubbly personality. Her smile is completely contagious, and I love that it’s one of Calvin’s favorite things about Stephanie 🙂 And you can just tell that Calvin’s easy going and positive nature just puts Stephanie completely at ease. Spend a few minutes with them, and you instantly sense that their relationship is totally solid and rooted in a great friendship and just how sweet they both are.
Stephanie & Calvin have had a bit of a whirlwind engagement, and I love that I’ve been a part of it from even BEFORE they were engaged! I met Stephanie at a bridal show earlier this year, and we just hit it off. The only caveat – she wasn’t engaged yet 🙂 Personally, I love that Stephanie is such a planner, and loved even more that she mentioned that Calvin had encouraged her to go to the show. That’s one great future fiance! About a month later, she called and was so excited to share that she was officially engaged, and within 24 hours, had booked more than half the essentials for a wedding day! I gotta give it to Stephanie, she is on top of things!
I’m thrilled to be capturing their wedding day in Pella in August, and I can’t eait to celebrate with them and their family. In the mean time, please enjoy the lovely engagement session we had in Grinnell. It was one of my favorites!
