I still remember when a friend of Taegan’s was chatting with me a few weeks before her session and before I had a chance to meet her in person. “She looks like a super model – tall and beautiful!” the friend said. And yes, it’s definitely true! But even more importantly, Taegan is incredibly sweet, fun, and just beautiful on the inside too (cliched saying, I know – but it’s TRUE!) I had such a great time laughing with her and her mom during her incredibly windy photo shoot. We all managed to have a great time despite the weather whipping Taegan’s hair every which way, and even better, she has some gorgeous portraits as a result. Thank you so much, Taegan, for being a true sport and for making it so easy and effortless to do my job!
Since Taegan opted for hair and make up included in the Couture session, we started off at the salon, and then visited a few spots in town. This blue wall is now one of my favorite places!

We then headed out to her family’s home in the country. On occasion I get a bit nervous for going to country homes, because sometimes there is just not very good light. It was a pretty sunny day that day, so I was a little concerned, but we made it work! I love these ones with Taegan by the fence at her mom’s house.
