PRINTING & SHARING
tips & Suggestions for beautiful prints
- Because we can’t guarantee the print quality from places other than our professional lab, we always recommend that you fulfill your printing needs through our studio. You can easily select images and sizes directly within your online gallery, and they are shipped directly to you.
- We recommend sharing your gallery with friends and family! You may have some guests that want to select a few prints for themselves, and our online system makes this very easy.
- We LOVE when our couples share their images on social media! Please tag us so we can see your favorites and share the love.

At the end of your wedding day, you will leave with your spouse, your rings, and many many amazing memories. Your wedding album is the culmination of your wedding photography experience and the ONE way your wedding day can live on after this day. We truly believe in the longterm value of heirloom albums. That is why the majority of our wedding collections include a beautifully printed book or album to tell the story of your day.

- Once you receive your online gallery, mark your absolute must-haves using the Favorites feature
- We will use your favorites and some of ours to pre-design your wedding album
ALBUM DESIGN & ORDERING
how this all works
We can host your album design & ordering appointment in person at our studio in Grinnell, or we have had great success with virtual Zoom chats for those long distance! We recommend reserving a minimum of 2 hours for your appointment on your calendar.
Here’s what to expect during this time: (click to expand for more detail)
We will show you a beautiful slideshow of your predesigned album that we feel is the best reflection of the story of your day! We will then go through each spread, making sure the layout is perfect for you. You will have the ability to add/remove images or spreads, and we can make special crops or adjustments as well. This part takes the most time, but is also the most important!
Choose Upgrades & Cover Customizations
You’ll make your final selections for your cover material & customizations during your design & ordering appointment.
We have mini duplicate parent albums available if you’re interested! These need to be ordered at the same time as your main wedding album to take advantage of our discount.
YOUR ALBUM
a true family heirloom
We suggest discussing budgets and expectations prior to your album design & ordering appointment so that when you are presented with your album and options, I can help guide you through products and price points you’re comfortable with, and ensure you walk away with beautiful items you are proud to show off! You are not required to spend more on your album than is included in your package, but we find that most couples end up expanding their album by quite a few spreads, so we just want to prepare you for that so you’re not surprised or caught off guard

One thing you will always have on your walls is your wedding portraits! We offer canvases and framed prints, and we would love to help you lan the perfect display for over your couch in your newlywed home! During your ordering appointment, we would be happy to show you live previews of how your images will look on YOUR walls!
FAQ
How can parents & family order small prints?
We have MANY parents who set up their own design and order appointment so they can design their own album. Feel free to include them in this process if you’d like! Smaller prints and gift items are easily ordered from within your online gallery
What payment options are available?
We accept major credit cards, check, cash, and Venmo. We offer 6-9 month payment plans as well. All sales are final, and products are delivered once final payments are made.
Can we wait to order our album later?
All contracted items need to be finalized within 6 months of your wedding. We’ve found that when couples wait longer than this, it tends to get forgotten, and we want you to have your album!
