We get it, senior year is BUSY. We totally understand how daunting adding ANOTHER senior event to your calendar can be.

We also know how important these photos are to you and your family. To take some of the stress off your plate, we have prep information ready for you, a complete client experience that includes a questionnaire to help plan your session, and MUCH more!

Before your session, you’ll receive our senior guide to help you choose outfits, prepare for hair & makeup, and much more. We are here to help you every step of the way.

On the day of your photo shoot, all you have to do is show up! If you choose our couture or lux session, our in-studio stylist will have you looking your best & ready for your close up!

Our professional hair and make-up artists are the best in the area. They’re known for really listening to what our clients want (natural or more glam) or somewhere in between, they pride themselves on giving you the exact look you’re going for.

I’ll guide you through posing, helping you feel comfortable and confident with every pose. We’ll get natural smiles and have lots of fun!

The ultimate senior session experience! Pro hair & makeup, multiple locations, including 2 hours of “regular” senior portraits, plus additional time for “bonus” photos that can include sports, cars, or evening shooting. Includes up to 4 hours of shooting time.

This session is held locally in town in Grinnell, the perfect session for seniors who want something simple, yet still desires stunning images. This is our most popular session for guys. Includes up to 60-90 minutes of shooting time.

FAQs

A few answers to the most frequently asked questions.

Absolutely! You can get any makeup look you want, but natural and polished is our most frequently requested.

That’s completely fine! We have a session option that is simpler that does not include hair & makeup and is 60-90 mins long for your session. Alternatively, if you want our longer session experience and more variety, you’ll want to book our couture session and can do your own hair/makeup and we will give you a credit towards your product purchase.

The vast majority of our sessions take place on weekday afternoons, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The photography portion of your session will. begin around 3 hours before sunset, with hair and makeup needing an additional 90 mins. This means in September, we are needing to start around 2 or 2:30 PM. By late October, our sessions need to wrap up and finish by 5:30 PM because it’s just plain dark out, so keep this in mind with scheduling. It is not uncommon for our seniors to miss a period at school.

Please fill out our inquiry form, and I will call you to discuss date options and your session! I require a phone call with parents for each senior I photograph – it’s important they have all the information and answers to their questions too! But I promise, I’ll want your input as well. When I call you, we’ll pick a date for your session (so have a calendar ready!) and I’ll take the deposit for your session payment over the phone, or email you an invoice to pay online in conjunction with our client agreement.

I accept major credit cards and check.

The majority of our families pay for their products in full at their ordering appointment, however if you need a payment plan, just let us know.
