When Alec transferred to Iowa State University during his junior year of college, he had no idea he’d be meeting his future wife pretty much right away. Â Kylie had been part of a community of students welcoming transfer students, and throughout that year, they made connections frequently. Â And that connection slowly built up to a little crush, unbeknownst to Kylie. Â The following year, as Alec teamed up in a similar role as co-director, and when Kylie sang along with the jazz band Alec was a part of, their paths crossed regularly. Â Eventually Alec finally asked her out – and they have been together ever since! Â When it came time to plan their engagement session, it only made sense to head back to where it all began – Iowa State University. Â They met met up with Beth for their engagement session on a perfect cool summer evening to reminisce a bit.
Their wedding was originally going to be held in just a few short weeks, but due to Covid-19, has been postponed to 2021. Â But we seriously can’t wait to celebrate with them!
