Phyllis just celebrated a HUGE accomplishment – graduating from Grinnell College! Â I’ve known Phyllis for four years through my work with college students, and she is the sweetest young lady, and incredibly talented and smart. Â In the fall, she’s headed to graduate school at Emory University in Atlanta.
But this girl has also got style! 🙂  I’d been hoping we could squeeze in a quick session before she graduated, and we were lucky enough to find an early hour that worked for both of us.  Phyllis, I had such a blast, and I’m going to miss you!
After a few photos around the college in downtown Grinnell, Phyllis specifically requested we get some quintessential “Iowa” shots: corn fields, barns, nature, etc. Â Being a self-proclaimed “city girl” from Ghana, she wanted to make sure she had some great photos to remember her time in Grinnell. Â I’m glad we could make it happen!
