Be blessed this Christmas as we celebrate the joyful birth of Emmanuel, God with Us!
A dear friend of mine in Massachusetts blessed me with a large collection of Deparment 56 collectibles as a wedding present, and I enjoy them greatly. Each year, I set up the little village and it glows happily nearby, reminding me of all the family Christmas’s and my mother’s own Christmas house collection. These are from the New England collection,which was ever so appropriate as we left behind the East Coast for Iowa two and a half years ago. I can’t believe it has already been that long! They’ve remained a true treasure in our home.
