When I first started chatting with Ashley about her wedding day, I knew that this was going to be a very easygoing, fun, relaxing day. Â Weston and Ashley have been together for a while, and their family and friends come first. Â They also aren’t ones to step into the spotlight, so being int he spotlight on a a day that is entirely focused on them wasn’t their favorite idea. Â But they embraced it with grace and humor, and of course some encouragement and good natured chiding from friends helps too! Â When we did their first look, they were completely chill about the whole thing, no nerves or anything. Â Just a normal day, oh and we’re getting married too!
They were surrounded by their closest friends and family for a beautiful backyard wedding at Ashley’s mom’s.  It was so special! What I didn’t realize is that their property is every photographer’s DREAM to photograph!  Beautiful trees, sweeping views, a pond, gorgeous old barns…it just kept going!  We literally walked right around the corner from their ceremony set up (which was STUNNING!) and had the most beautiful sunset views.  We continued the celebration under a tent just across the street at the Fore Seasons Golf Course, complete with food stations serving everything from fried green tomatoes and sliders, to carnitas tacos and bacon wrapped peaches.  I’m just going to say that any wedding that has a BACON station is a winner in my book!  You really can’t go wrong with bacon.
Beautiful surroundings and bacon delicacies aside, the day couldn’t have been more perfect for two people to share their love with their friends and family and start a NEW family together. Â Congrats to Ashley and Weston!
